On July 28, 2009 torrential rains in Colorado Springs caused flooding in our basement when a window well filled with water as a result of landscaping issues on our property.
We called Servicemaster. During our first telephone call the options available to us to meet mitigation code requirements were clearly explained to us. When Angelo and Ray came to our home just a couple hours later, they further explained the options available to us and assured us that they would fully comply with the mitigation requirementswhile minimizing the effort, impact, and cost to accomplish the work.
In a matter of a couple of hours of effort Angelo and Ray had determined the scope of the problems and began mitigating the effects. During the next 24 hours Servicemaster's efforts resulted in appropriate mitigation of the problem while avoiding the worst impacts described by other the other company. Within 36 hours, the problem was being completely resolved at minimal cost.
We would be very pleased to recommend Servicemaster to any of our friends who needed similar help. Ray and Angelo, especially, were wonderful to work with and provided a very positive, corporate image.
